9 pp., printed document, attached at the top by docket docketing cover; 13.5" x 9.75"; plus 3 pp. manuscript testaments, written, signed & sealed by Charles Nettleton, as commissioner for the various regions in New York. The consolidated railway, including The Michigan Air Line, Northwestern Ohio and the Southeastern Michigan, issued bonds for 8 million. Signed by C. & C. President Milton Courtright and Secretary Allyn Cox. Top page somewhat soiled from handling; normal fold creases; back blank sheet & back cover stained; back cover split in two. Good condition thus.
