An elegant presentation of the planning, politics, finance and construction of the tunnel that markedly reduced both distance and snow problems on the central rail route. Volumes fine, jackets with edge-tears and 2.5"x4" chip missing from upper leading corner of volume one jacket, otherwise very good. |
